Intent to Return 2022-23
Dear Parents,

If your child is planning to return to PBCCS next year, please submit this form NO LATER THAN Friday, February 11th.  This enrolls your student for the 2022-23 school year.  Per Oregon law, current students who have not submitted a written intent to return form by February 11th forfeit their enrollment and their position will be offered to another student.  
We encourage all current families to complete the intent to return form.  Should your plans change in the future, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
