Wise Little Owls Spring Break Camp      Registration Form 
Thank you for your interest in our Spring Break Camp. 

Date:  April 15th-19th (No camp on April 16th - Emancipation Day). 

Locations: Tyler/Chisholm - Drop off and pick up will be through the playground entrance. 
We will be indoors for nap, arts and crafts, drama and the rest of our special classes.
All physical activities will be held outdoors. 

Cost: $310  per child - $600 siblings

Payment: Zoho ( an invoice will be send upon registration), Zelle (wiselittleowls20@gmail.com), cash, check or submit your payment in our website, wiselittleowls.com

What is included? Breakfast, snacks, water refills, and materials for all crafts and arts activities will be provided.

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. 
Aftercare will be available from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. $40 per child/per week or $70 per siblings/per week. 

A refund request must be submitted a minimum of 10 business days prior to the start of the session. The full session fee will be refunded minus a 15% transaction fee. Unfortunately, a refund will not be approved for a session in progress. The transmittal date on the refund request (email) determines if a refund is granted.
