By submiting this form you consent to the following terms which shall also be emailed to you:

1. I hereby consent to the University of Nairobi Enterprises and Services (UNES) and its representatives to take photographs and/or videos of me during my participation in events, activities, or engagements with UNES. I understand that these photographs and/or videos may be used for promotional, educational, or other purposes by UNES.
2. I also consent to the collection, processing, and storage of my personal data by UNES for the purposes of managing my participation in events, activities, or engagements with UNES. This may include but is not limited to my name, contact information, and any other relevant information provided by me.
3. I understand that my personal data will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 2019 and UNES's data protection policies and procedures. I acknowledge that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by notifying UNES in writing.
4. I hereby release UNES and its representatives from any liability arising from the use of the photographs and/or videos or the collection, processing, and storage of my personal data in accordance with this consent form.
