May-Yoga and Mindfulness for Kids with Teresa Kuhns
A playful approach for children to discover yoga and mindfulness with breathing exercises, fun games, and meditation. This program is for ages K-6th grade. Parents will be asked to fill out a waiver before the program begins. Participants should wear comfy clothes they can move and explore in easily. Yoga mats will be provided, however participants can bring their own if they would like. The program will be held in the Studio at the LaGrange Memorial Library.
