CHS Boosters Summer Camps 2022
Thank you for registering your child for one of our Centennial Summer Camps.  Please note that this form must be filled out separately for each camper, but that you may register for more than one camp at a time.  You must also, upon completion of the form, visit the CHS Boosters website to make payment.  Campers will not be fully registered until both the form is complete and payment has been received.  The link to payment is:  https://www.centennialboostersonline.com/camps
