Primal healing is a form of energy healing carried out online through distance sessions. Within this programme you will receive three 90-minute sessions, each booked one to two weeks apart.

Following a brief conversation at the start of each session, Ceryn will invite you to close your eyes and get comfortable sitting or lying down where you can be safe and undisturbed. She will then lead you through a visualisation while conducting energy healing on you from afar, sharing the insights she receives with you during this time.

The energy involved in Primal Healing is a blend of Usui Reiki, Sekhem – both of which Ceryn is trained in to Master Practitioner and Teacher level – and Primal Healing energy channelled directly by Ceryn through her connections to Earth, Source and the Cosmos, developed during Ceryn’s work and training as a channel for energy and the spirit world over 15 years.

You will have the opportunity to speak up and share your thoughts and experiences at any time during the session.

Once complete, Ceryn will support you in grounding back into the present moment before discussing the session with you and covering off any concerns that you have or actions you wish to take before your next meeting.

You will receive a recording of each Primal Healing session within 24 hours. Between sessions you are also welcome to reach out to Ceryn with any questions or concerns you may have around your work together or the integration of your Primal Healing experience.

At the end of your Primal Healing experience you will receive one thirty minute wrap up session with Ceryn to conclude your work together and discuss any final queries or concerns.

Ceryn commits to work with you in a professional and ethical manner. This will not only involve adhering to creating a safe and supportive space aligned with the ethical standards set out below, but also ensuring that Ceryn is focused completely on your needs during your session together.

Ceryn will always work with you to the best of her ability, and will ensure that she is receiving appropriate mentoring and supervision and completing ongoing personal and professional development in order to do this.

Your role in the Primal Healing experience works best if you remain open, honest and committed to the process at all times. If you have any concerns, you should raise these issues with Ceryn honestly and promptly so that they can be discussed and a solution found that will enable you to move forward in the best possible way.

As a practicing therapist, Ceryn’s approach will always be to support your journey and facilitate your growth and healing from an empathetic, balanced and non-judgmental place.

Primal healing is non-invasive, but as with any energy work can lead to emotional or physical discomfort as we break through barriers and bring about energetic change. In many clients this will take the form of a feeling of energetic cleansing for a day or two after sessions; however if you experience any emotional distress or physical discomfort during our session, or any negative effects following or session, please inform Ceryn as soon as possible.

Please note that any information given during your session is for guidance only, and any actions taken are done so at your own choice and responsibility. Although Ceryn wholeheartedly believes in her own connection and the information she shares, mediumship, past life and ancestral insights are not scientifically proven and we must advise you that any readings are for entertainment only and subject to your own interpretation. Primal Healing is available to over 18s only.

Ceryn reserves the right to postpone or refuse giving Primal Healing to a client if she believes this to be inappropriate. In this case, Ceryn will explain the reasons for her decision to refuse or postpone treatment, although these may include:
• The client being under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances;
• The client behaving in a way that Ceryn deems intimidating or offensive or leads Ceryn to feel unsafe, disrespected or
        abused (in this case Ceryn will always raise concerns with a client and provide an opportunity for changing or behaviour
        before ending a session);
• Ceryn believes it would be emotionally dangerous for the client to dive deeply into their own soul’s journey at this time.

In agreeing to undertake a Primal Healing experience with Ceryn, you legally release her of any responsibility for your healing process and possible legal action, including any and all claims or liability arising in connection with your Primal Healing experience.

As an intuitive guide and energy healer, Ceryn taps into intuitive insights and encourages you to do the same.

Primal Healing is not intended to “diagnose” or “treat” any physical, mental or emotional conditions and should be considered and treated in the same way as Reiki or other energy work.

Such work is not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment and in undertaking these sessions you understand that it is your responsibility to consult with health care professionals for any specific physical or psychological health concerns you have. Any guidance or advice Ceryn gives within this session does not overrule the advice of a health care professional.

Although clients experience positive outcomes following Primal Healing sessions, it is impossible to guarantee specific results. Ceryn will always have your best interests at heart within a session and will work with you to find the best way forward.

From time to time Primal Healing will bring up broader questions or frustrations around your soul’s journey. If appropriate, Ceryn will either refer you to another appropriate practitioner or will offer further work with her after your initial six-week programme is complete.  

Responsibility for your emotional wellbeing and progress on your own soul’s journey ultimately lies with you. You are encouraged to practice self care at all stages of this journey and are invited to seek further support as required for anything that comes up within or arises following a Primal Healing session.

All information shared between you and Ceryn during your work together will remain confidential.

Ceryn is also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, and collects and stores any Personal Data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act (2018). In order to further protect confidentiality, in entering into this contract you confirm that your Primal Healing session will be undertaken in a space within which you are alone and will not be overheard or interrupted. This is for your confidentiality, while also helping us both to immerse ourselves in the experience of the session.

All clients are asked to supply an emergency contact to provide a safeguarding opportunity in the case that they become suddenly ill while physically alone during a session.

Any complaints about what you believe to be a failure to adhere to this statement should be directed to Ceryn in the first instance, via email at ceryn@cerynrowntree.com.

Please note that Ceryn is based in the United Kingdom and that all of her work is undertaken in accordance with UK law. Any disputes will also be subject to UK law.

If you need to reschedule a session, please do so as early as possible. In accordance with Ceryn’s cancellation policy, any sessions cancelled with less than six hours’ notice by the client may incur a charge of 25% of the agreed session cost.

Meanwhile the client will be entitled to a 25% discount on the cost of their next session for any sessions cancelled by Ceryn with less than six hours’ notice.

If you wish to cancel your Primal Healing work with Ceryn at any time during the six-week programme, you will be refunded for any sessions that have not yet taken place, minus a 25% cost on any future sessions scheduled less than six hours after your cancellation.

Unless otherwise agreed, you will be asked to pay upfront via Paypal before your Primal Healing experience begins.

If you have any problems paying ahead of time please contact Ceryn, who will make every effort to work with you and agree a solution.

All payments are requested in GBP. Where this is not the client’s local currency, the rate of exchange will be discussed at the time of their first session. However it is important to state that rates of currency exchange can fluctuate; should this fluctuation cause problems at any time during your therapeutic relationship, these should be raised with Ceryn as soon as possible.

Primal Healing currently costs £553 for three 90-minute healing sessions and a final 30-minute wrap up session, including any additional support required between each session. This price stands unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing at the time of booking your Primal Healing experience.

Please note that refunds are not given once sessions have been completed. Any sessions paid upfront which have to be cancelled may be refunded minus any cancellation fees as outlined above.

Each session lasts for ninety minutes unless otherwise agreed, with your fourth and final session of the programme lasting 30 minutes. Please make every effort to begin your session on time, or to notify Ceryn as early as possible if you are likely to be late.

Please note that the scheduling of client sessions means it is not always possible to make up time lost due to lateness at the end of the session. Consequently, any sessions which begin after their scheduled time due to client lateness may be cut shorter than the planned ninety minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session without giving prior notice, this session will be considered to be cancelled and you will be billed in full unless otherwise agreed.

Although Ceryn makes every endeavour to keep to all appointment times, in the unavoidable event of Ceryn beginning a session late, she will inform you as early as possible and will always ensure that you receive the full duration of any session she is late for. Where this is not possible you will be invited to re-schedule or offered a full refund of your session.

Online work brings with it a range of potential challenges. Please make every effort to check your internet connection at least 15 minutes before your session. If technology prevents us making the session via a video calling app, we will rearrange to a telephone session, safe in the knowledge that distance energy healing is not reliant on visual technology,

Ceryn will respond to all emails as soon as possible, although please note that this email address is only manned between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday between client sessions.

Within these times you will have access to support and information from Ceryn for the duration of your six weeks together. Once your fourth and final session is complete, Ceryn will respond to a reasonable number of emails, although any ongoing queries should be raised during a 1:1 session as outlined in your follow-up email.

By checking the box below and adding your name and date you are confirming that you agree with the terms of the above contract and will abide by them during your work with Ceryn.

By providing your name and today’s date below you agree that you have all of the information you need to agree to undertake Primal Healing.

In accordance with UK law we must state that, by signing this document you understand that the outputs of this service are not scientifically proven and that Primal Healing is for entertainment only and subject to your own interpretation.

Due to the experimental nature of Primal Healing you agree to assume and accept full responsibility for any and all risks associated with this session and recognise that Primal Healing is not medical or psychological treatment, nor is it a substitute for these services.

You consent to taking part in this session of your own freewill and agree to legally release Ceryn of any responsibility for your healing process and possible legal action, including any and all claims or liability arising in connection with your Primal Healing experience.

Finally in consenting to this work, you agree to allow Ceryn to connect with you energetically during the 30-minute period immediately before each session, and for the entire duration of each 90-minute sessions together. Unless otherwise agreed, Ceryn will not connect with your energy outside of this time frame.
