This is meant for people who work in communications in some regard, whether that is in journalism, PR, marketing, advertising, university communications, newsletters, or some other form of communications. This is for people who work full-time, part-time, or as freelancers. The goal is to assess what kind of resources could help people in communications better understand how to make content accessible for people with disabilities. By filling out this form and submitting it, you're helping to get the ball rolling to make sure the resources reflect the job duties for you, your colleagues, and your peers, regardless of your specific industry.

ABOUT THIS SURVEY:
Patrick Garvin spent 15 years working in newsrooms at daily newspapers, including The Boston Globe. He has created resources for journalists before, including math cheat sheets and map tools. In 2018, He created The LGBTQ+ Experiment, a website and newsletter to help people better understand LGBTQ+ issues. He now lives in St. Louis, working as a web developer focusing on web accessibility for people with disabilities. He also is an adjunct professor at The University of Missouri's School of Journalism, teaching web design and accessibility.
