Team Fundraising Proposal Form
Please complete this form at least two weeks prior to beginning your fundraiser.
Fundraisers require approval from the Lakeshore Junior Lumberjacks Fundraising Coordinator.
Any advertising using the Lakeshore Jr. Lumberjacks name and logo must be approved by the Board of Directors.
All money earned by the fundraiser must be collected and turned in to the Lakeshore Junior Lumberjacks Treasurer to be credited to your team's account.
If your fundraising requires licenses, such as a State of Michigan raffle license, your team will be responsible for paying for these raffles and turning in all documents following the fundraiser.
