Registration- Spring 2023 Mud City Forest School
Enter the following information to register your child for Mud City Forest School. Complete a new form for each additional child. A 50% deposit is required to hold your child(ren)'s place.

The remaining camp fee will be required on the first day of the program ($700 total, $350 deposit, $350 on the first day). 

The Medical Form, and the Behavior Policy Form are required at the first day of Mud City Forest School and will be emailed to you when we receive your deposit.
