The submission period for the Spring 2024 cycle opens on 10/18/23 and closes on Wednesday, 11/8/23. If you have questions, please email

All submissions will be reviewed by the Appropriations Committee and final recommendations will be determined by mid-to-late December for final approval at the 12/12 PA General Meeting. Notification letters will be sent to all recipients by Friday, 12/22.
