This form is required each year, even if your child was bussed in the last year, to ensure we have correct pick up and drop off information.  Transportation forms are required to be completed by August 1st to guarantee routing the second week of school.

Student Transportation Criteria -

- 4K & KG will be transported without any mileage criteria, 1-6 grade is over 1 mile, 7-12 grade is over 2 miles.  An adult must be present for the bus to drop-off students in 4K & KG. If an adult is not present, the bus company will attempt to call the parent, if someone cannot be reached the student may be returned to the bus garage.

- Guest ridership is not permitted,  examples include play dates, birthday party, sleepover, temp daycare, etc.

- Students will be routed to corner stops for city locations and rural subdivisions, when feasible. Walking distance to an established stop shall not exceed .5 miles.

- Please allow 10 business days for bus changes or new registration for bussing added throughout the school year to be processed and changes implemented.

- Bus stop changes must be for 30 days or longer, per the district policy.  Changes for 1 day or random time frames will not be permitted.

- Pick-up and drop-off locations must be consistent. A student may not be picked up or dropped off at a location that varies from day-to-day or week-to-week. For example, using one drop-off location on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and a different one on Tuesdays and Thursdays is not allowed. However, a student may be dropped off at a different location after school than the location from which he/she was picked up before school, as long as this arrangement does not vary from day-to-day or from week-to-week.
