PURPOSE: TO GATHER INFORMATION FROM KANAKA (NATIVE) AND KAMA`AINA (RESIDENT) FAMILIES IN AND AROUND THE KAUA'I AREA AS TESTIMONIES, THAT WILL BE PRESENTED TO BOARDS, PANELS, AND MEETINGS HELD ABOUT THIS TOPIC ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE.
