Completing the form does not guarantee that a schedule change will be made. After the start of the semester the counselor and instructors must approve all schedule changes.
Schedule requests can be made only for the following reasons:
1. You have not completed the prerequisites for the class listed.
2. There is an obvious error.
3. You are misplaced in a class.
4. A required class you need is not listed.
5. The schedule is unbalanced (for example: 2 PE classes in one semester).
6. You want to change your choice of an elective.
***You may not request a change to have a specific lunch, class with a friend, or a specific teacher.
***No student should assume the request will be approved and jeopardize their grade by not completing assignments in the present class.
***The Counselor will contact the drop and add instructor, and parent / guardian (sometimes as well an administrator) in order for the schedule change to be in effect.
***The counselor will inform you by email if your request was approved.
