Key Responsibilities:

    Handles End to End Recruitment for the training Division.
    Project Coordination.
    Maintain Attendance Records.
    Weekly Feedback Collection.
    Sending a daily report which will include the daily walk-in and admission details.
    Sending daily follow up reports.
    Fully responsible for all admission procedures

Person Specification:

    Good and positive attitude.
    Female Candidates.
    Preference for experience in IT Domain
    Candidates should have good knowledge in computers.
    Good oral and written communication skills in English

II) Junior Placement Officer:
Job Type : Full time regular employment.

Job Location: COCHIN
Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Relations

    New client acquisition; Identifying and Associating with new organizations to find employment opportunities for students.
    Continuous relations with existing client networks to bring in relevant placement opportunities.
    Occasional corporate visits to build or refresh clients relations.
    Orientation programs and Placement Training
    Conduct orientation sessions and Placement Training sessions for Students .
    Conduct student engagement activities like motivation sessions, grooming sessions, alumni meetings, industry talks, etc. to give them exposure to the industry.
    Guidance to students to choose right opportunities based on their career interests.
    Provide targeted career information and resources for specific majors and interest groups to students and alumni as needed.
    Work on students’ feedback to improve overall student experience with the company.
    Conduct occasional corporate training.

Placement Process coordination

    Thorough understanding of client requirements and effective communication to the team to identify right candidates who meet the client criteria.
    Coordinate client’s recruiters and our students to assist the hiring process as /when required.
    Address student queries and concerns throughout the selection process of the client.
    Regular follow up for tracking progress of the selection process.


Placement Administration

    Maintaining Client database and detailed documentation of placement associations happening with the company.
    Maintain Students database and files
    Monthly Reporting
    Any other duties as assigned by the management

Qualification : MCA

Skills required : Deep knowledge in Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JSP, Servlet

Any Additional Experience : Project Development/Academic project development(not mandatory)

Responsibilities : Direct responsibility for all the training activities conducted under each area (regular training program, campus program, student projects). Activities include technical counseling, conducting classes, supervising, evaluations, training and mentoring junior trainees etc.
