Registration Deadline: Tuesday, January 16th at noon.
Payment: Directors will bring the registration fee of $35 per student to the clinic chair to the clinic. Cash OR school/booster checks ONLY (no personal checks will be accepted). Checks should be written out to "NCMEA" with "ECDBA" in the memo line.
Music: Links to music folders will be sent out on Wednesday, January 17th.

A copy of this form will be emailed to the director's school email address (as entered below) as verification of registration.
