We are doing our best to provide relief but are not in the position to monitor the interaction between family and volunteer past the point of connection. Because we are volunteer-based, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a match. We will do our best to match as many families to volunteers as possible.

To protect our volunteers, we reserve the right to terminate services at any time for certain behavior, included but not limited to, disrespectful behavior, abusive or foul language, as well as any other behavior that causes reasonable personal discomfort to our volunteers.
