Conquering CHD Ohio invites you to join us for our Virtual Trivia Night Fundraiser!

Gather your family around an electronic device and compete with fellow Conquering CHD friends & supporters. The event will last for approximately one hour and will consist of six rounds ranging from general trivia to heart anatomy to TV show theme songs.

Here’s how to play:

1. Fill out the information below to sign up. You’ll be asked to provide your team name and your email address. Please sign up no later than June 18.

2. On the morning of June 19, watch for an email from ohio@conqueringchd.org for detailed instructions, the answer forms, and a link to the event! During the Facebook Live event, you’ll fill out one answer form for each round. Because of this, it will be easiest with two electronic devices (one to watch on, one to submit answers on).

3. Prizes in the form of Conquering CHD swag will be awarded for the top three teams as well as the team with the best name. Depending on the number of participating teams, scores will be announced at the end of the event or immediately after.

4. OPTIONAL: If you are able to make a donation for this fundraising event, the suggested donation amount is $10 via PayPal (ohio@conqueringchd.org). Funds raised will go toward meal cards for inpatient families as well as modified social events later in the year (pending COVID-19).

5. OPTIONAL: If you wish to form a virtual team as opposed to playing with members of your household, we recommend setting up a Zoom (or similar) meeting and doing a screenshare of the Facebook Live.
