If you can split your screen it will be easier to view.  Click on any one of the photos to view them separately. Click the info icon (the circle with 'i' in the center above the picture. The Info box shows the name of the Image name (next to the mtn icon and looks like a name or filename e.g. 1234.5678.jpg). Copy the image name (including .JPG, .TIF, .PNG, etc.)  and paste in your selections below. You do not need to put your choices in any particular order.

Enter any comments below and be sure to click the SUBMIT button to register you choice. Only submit one form; so double check you choices before clicking SUBMIT below..
