Here at RCS, we are one body with many members who come together to volunteer and serve in a variety of roles to accomplish great things!

Criminal Record Check

Please remember that all volunteers must have a criminal record check on file with the school.

If you have not yet submitted an application to the Regina Police Service to have a Criminal Record Check completed, please ensure that you do so as soon as possible.  Please ensure your record check includes vulnerable sector check.

Regina Police Service accepts online applications for Police Information Checks (PIC).  This service has some restrictions but is available to volunteers who qualify for online applications; eligibility to apply is outlined on the online application: www.policesolutions.ca/checks/services/regina/index.php. 

Here is a link to the Criminal Record Check Letter.  Please be advised, there is an online service fee.
