We were born out of CHOP, but we're ready for the world. The Black Collective Voice is a group of black organizers, community members, and allies that are dedicated to dismantling systemic racism by collective mobilization, education, and action.

Our mission includes dismantling the criminal punishment system and reinvesting in community, education, and restorative justice programs. We advocate for equity through reparations.

The Collective Black Voice is organized into 7 work streams. Work streams are smaller collectives led by a black organizer in the Black Collective Voice Core Council. If you are interested in using your skills to support us in our Work Streams as an organization, please read through the following options:

1) Medical and Mental Health (Doctors, EMT, Nurses, Mental Health Professionals)

2) Admin (Creating systems, Maintaining Organization)

3) Communications, Media, and Technology (Social Media, Graphic Design, Tech)

4) Resources and Outreach (Restaurant/Food/Drink Professionals, Connecting to Other Orgs, Event Sanitation,  City Workers)

5) Programming and Education (Event Planning, Educators, and Artists)

6) Legal and Finance (Lawyers, Finance Experts, and Fundraising)

7) Long Term Strategy (Experienced Political Operatives Only)
