Giving the creator feedback about the functionality of their GPT:
  1. Open the GPT inside of ChatGPT
  2. Open the dropdown menu on the GPTs name in the top left corner
  3. Select review
  4. You'll be able to leave a rating for the GPT as well as specific comments to the creator (this is sent as a private email)

Reporting a GPT to OpenAI:
  1. Open the GPT inside of ChatGPT
  2. Open the dropdown menu on the GPTs name in the top left corner
  3. Select report
  4. You'll be able to select a reason for reporting the GPT
