LLBFC 2024 Outdoor Registration - Late Registration

We are currently only accepting Registrations for our U5, U9, and U11 teams.

This late registration form is to put your child on the waitlist for Soccer.

If there is room to place your child on a team you will be notified in an additional email.

Thanks,

Late registration will be open after that with an additional $25 Late fee on each registration.

Once it is confirmed that there is room to place your child on a team, you will be sent information on payment and other expectations.

Please include $100 volunteer payment per family with your registration fee. Your child will not be placed on a roster until registration and volunteer payment has been received.

U5 - Parent & Tot - Players born 2019 - 2020 (Parents will need to join their child on field while guided by one of our Coaches ) - $59 + $25 late fee = $74

U9 - Players Born in 2015-2016 - $129 + $25 late fee = $154

U11 -Players born 2013- 2014 - $129 + $25 late fee = $154
