Dragons ELITE FALL 2023 Registration (12 weeks) - September 11 to December 5
Parent and Tot: children up to 2 years old; parents attend with their child, learning basic skills, and participating in fun challenges and activities
Kindergym: ages 3 to 5; coach-led class teaching gymnastics fundamentals
Recreational Gymnastics: ages 6 and up; teaching all gymnastics skills through a badge/level system.
Advanced Recreational Gymnastics: for those who have previously been in recreational gymnastics classes and have acquired the basic skills
ELITE Squad: ages 4 and up, developing skills in strength, agility, balance and endurance through obstacle course type activities/equipment
Jr. Cheerleading: ages 6 to 10, learning tumbling, stunting, and choreography
Sr. Cheerleading: ages 11 and up, learning tumbling, stunting, and choreography. This program will include participation in competitions.
