Kent County Fair Vendor Application (Non- Food)
The Kent County Fair will be held on Wednesday,  July 16th- Saturday, July 19th at the Kent Ag Center 21349 Tolchester Beach Road Chestertown, MD 21620.

Applications are considered on a "first come, first served" basis and the fair reserves the right for final approval. Vendors are required to keep with the overall family-oriented theme of the fair. 

The cost to set up is $100 nonrefundable, payable by check mailed to P.O. Box 386 Chestertown, MD 21620 or through our website https://www.kentcountyfair.org/  There is no charge for Non-Profits or Community Organizations.

Booths must be set up by 3pm on Wednesday and Thursday and 10am on Friday and Saturday. You are welcome to drop off your booth & supplies on Tuesday, July 15th between 6pm and 8pm.  All booths must be removed from the fairgrounds by Sunday, July 20th by 11am unless a request for delayed occupancy has received prior approval. All vendors must vacate the fairgrounds no more than 30 minutes before the fair closes each night.  You may not stay at your booth or on the fairgrounds overnight.

All drawings or raffles must be approved by the Kent County Fair Board.

I understand that I will not be permitted to park any car, truck, trailer, etc. next to my assigned vendor space.  Vendors should park in the public parking area when not loading and unloading. Booths must be on the grounds and unloaded by 3pm on Wednesday and Thursday and 10am on Friday and Saturday. You are welcome to drop off your booth & supplies on Tuesday, July 15th between 6pm and 8pm.  Vendors can arrive and exit the fairgrounds at anytime, however, loading by vehicle cannot occur after 3pm on Wednesday and Thursday, 10am on Friday and Saturday, and loading cannot occur until after 9pm. Transportation to and from your booth with not be provided. Please arrive within the unloading/ loading times mentioned above or provide your own wagon or manpower.  *

Vendors are required to show a vendor entry card upon entry into the fairgrounds.  Your card can be picked up at then entry gate on your first scheduled day.  Vendors without their card may be required to pay general admission at the gate.
