JOB DESCRIPTION
CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT:
- Lead account sub-teams and specialist teams in the development of superior
communication initiatives, and enable the multi-disciplinary team to generate
innovative approaches
- Supervise development of in-depth review and analysis of client’s marketing &
communication and audiences
- Oversee the creation of creative briefs and task briefs, hand-in-hand with the
planning task
- Work with internal specialist teams to ensure that plans, recommendations
and executions are consistent with client’s objectives and agreed
communication strategies
- Establish project and work load priorities, communicate these to key staff
working on the project, and monitor progress to ensure that all work meets
high standards and deadline
- Oversee management of production processes with appropriate teams,
partners, suppliers and clients, and track delivery deadlines
- Oversee development of status reports and integrated performance reports
required for assigned client accounts
CLIENT CONSULTING & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
- Build, maintain and develop strong client relationships based on trust
- Sell creative and communication recommendations to middle/upper client
management
- Through your well-developed business and integrated communications
expertise, actively broaden the client discussion, by challenging and exploring
potential areas of need and opportunity
- Champion the use of questioning techniques and listening skills to deepen
understanding of client issues and briefs
- Through excellent judgement, resourceful thinking and well-timed
interventions ensure our insights and feedback to clients is excellent and
constructive
- Maintain full oversight of client contact by subordinates and ensure that all
work carried out and submitted to clients is of the highest quality
- Through regular internal and external client review meetings, ensure client
needs are anticipated and met to the highest standards
- Ensure all accounts are maintained within budget and time constraints and be
proactive in resolving any problems
- Be responsible for servicing levels on accounts and ensuring the correct
resourcing of the account/team
- Manage client budgets, invoicing and profitability of individual client accounts
- Be responsible for financial administration, including: purchase order tracking
and cash management, fee recognition, and opening and closing job numbers
- Be fully aware of company’s terms of business and standard client contracts
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- Contribute to identification, recruitment and retention of top talent by ensuring
that juniors are given your respect, are listened to and are recognized through
regular performance reviews
- Audit team allocation and correct as necessary
- Coach and develop allocated mentees
- Ensure that relationships in the team work effectively, and be responsible for
solving inter-team issues
- Champion our company culture of integration and collaboration across
disciplines and teams
REQUIREMENT:
- With 3+ years communication and/ or marketing experiences (ideally gained
with multinational companies) with practical communication service skills.
- With a “passion” for brand and communication building
- Experienced in video or content production or/and media performance is a
plus
- Be well organized, maintaining complete, comprehensive, and easily
accessible data libraries.
- Attentive to detail, ensuring that all supporting documentation is accurately
complete and authorized.
- Plan ahead to ensure that the necessary procedures have been implemented
at the right time, e.g. the right copy, to be at the right station in sufficient time
to avoid late copy changes.
- Communicate clearly on paper and orally.
- Strengthen client relationships particularly with local brand managers.
- Efficient traffic control among various Agency divisions, and suppliers.
