Position 1 (Vocalist):
You can sing with great confidence, write lyrics and toplines for existing arrangements and perhaps even contribute with new arrangements. Great cleans will be a top priority and extreme vocal techniques like fry screams will be a huge plus - but not a must.

Position 2 (Drummer):
You can play with great confidence, contribute with grooves to existing arrangements and perhaps even contribute with new arrangements. Solid timing is prior to mad skills as playing to a click (metronome) is paramount.
