Speaker Application
This application will initiate the booking process. Please answer as thoroughly as possible. Some speakers have higher availability than others, so please be flexible. We will get back to you within 3-5 business days to select a date and create an invoice. You are responsible for covering the speaker's fee, speaker travel accommodations, lodging and a booking fee. Please be prepared to send in the speaking fee as a down payment for the event; lodging, travel and booking fees may be paid after the invoice is sent.
