This is a Horseshoe Tournament for Sunday 9/3/23. This tournament is part of the 2023 Milford Center Labor Day Darby Dash Festival. Teams can get the early-bird special by signing up via this form for $20.00, or teams may signup upon arrival on tournament day for $25.00. This form will be open until midnight August 31st. If your team does not fill out the form prior to August 31st, then you must sign up upon arrival to the Horseshoe Tournament on September 3rd. The fee of $20.00 covers both members of the team. Reminder, all proceeds outside of the tournament winnings go to The Village of Milford Center's Parks & Recreation Fund housed at the Union County Foundation.
Release: In signing up for this event for myself and or myself and my teammate (if under the age of 18), I acknowledge that I understand the intent hereof, and I hereby agree to and will absolve and hold harmless the Village of Milford Center, its staff, agents and any other parties connected with this event in any way whatsoever, singly and collectively, from against any blame or liability, misadventure, harm, loss, inconvenience or damage suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Darby Dash events or in any activities associated therewith. I also hereby consent to and permit emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness. I shall abide by all rules for all events as well as all state and local laws.
