Thank you so much for your interest in being a part of Romance Era Experience!

REE will take place in Nashville, TN June 11-13th, 2026. The event will have a cocktail party and/or after party and a signing. Our goal is for the event to be intimate, chill, fun, and inclusive. There will be a maximum of 50 tables total — including authors, vendors, narrators, etc.

If you do get selected, you will be emailed our official invitation and be invoiced a $250 (non-refundable) vendor/narrator fee. The fee must be paid within 14 days or the table will be forfeited.
