Due to legal considerations, we require you to sign a consent form any time NSAI hears your song (whether it be through the Song Evaluation Service, Pitch to-Publisher Night, Feedback Night, One-on-One Counseling, Monthly Chapter Meetings or any one of NSAI’s special events and services). Your submission of a song (whether lyric, instrumental, or music and lyrics) for critique/feedback by NSAI constitutes your agreement to release, indemnify, and hold harmless NSAI and its employees, board of directors, officers, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any and against any claim, including, without limitation, of copyright infringement or other misappropriation, arising from any acts or omission in connection with your submission."
