Rent is split amongst individuals living in each room.

- Room 1 - $383 (158 sq. ft.Single room)
- Room 2 - $783 (261 sq. ft., with large walk in closet and sink/2-3 person room)
- Room 3 - $358 (120 sq. ft, with large walk in closet and sink/ Single Room)
- Room 4 - $678 (286 sq. ft../2-3 person room)
- Room 5 - $488 (202 sq. ft./1-2 person room)

These rates are based on the rate for the room. Please make sure to note which room you would like to live in and whom you would like to live with.  Once your application is submitted, we will schedule an interview with the director and the board.
