Student e-Learning Meal Order Form
Sylacauga City Schools students who are learning from home may order FREE breakfast and lunch meals for curbside pickup. Parents will need to complete this form by 2:00 p.m. the day before pickup.  

Meals can be picked up from the designated area of your child's school between 11:30 and 12 noon. To complete the form, give the name of the parent / guardian picking up the meals, a contact phone number, the names of students who are doing E-Learning from home, and select the school from where you want to pick up the meals.

ALL MEALS ARE FREE OF CHARGE!

Please call the cafeteria number of the school from where you wish to pick up meals if you have any questions.
