This annual event is a great opportunity for residents to discard unwanted, usable items and re-home them to neighbors. Conversely, residents are able to obtain new-to-them items for a fraction of the price. In addition to keeping items out of the landfill, these events allow residents the opportunity to mingle and enjoy the outdoors.

Saturday, May 14 from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm - Community Yard Sale:
The Community Yard Sale will run from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Any resident may host a yard sale, provided they register with City Hall by filling out the information below. Yard sales may be held in the front yard for this one day only, but may not be held on or in front of the sidewalk or in the street. Registration is free!

Saturday, May 14 from 1:00 - 5:00 pm – Community Freecycle Event:
The Community Freecycle event will run from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, immediately following the community yard sale. During these hours, residents may place items that are unsold between the sidewalk and the curb. Items that do not fit in this area may be placed directly behind the sidewalk (between the sidewalk and the house). Items or groupings of items must be clearly marked as free for the taking, and must be marked "Freecycle Day." Any items not taken by 5:00 pm on Sunday must be removed from the front yard and disposed of or recycled via other means.
