Conference Location: Metro Atlanta

The Georgia Department of Human Services' Division of Aging Services looks forward to hosting the first in-person Healthy Aging Conference (formerly ADRC Healthy Communities Summit) since the pandemic and will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of the conference! The conference will be in Metro Atlanta, June 3-5, 2024.

Every exhibitor will have prime real estate in a high traffic area of the conference.

The Healthy Aging Conference brings professional diversity to one place with 300 attendees and 10 fields of interest! Attendees from across the state provide planning and services to older adults, adults living with disabilities, and their caregivers.

Network opportunities are available throughout the conference. Formal sessions allow you to learn what the professionals are learning. Informal entertainment and activities are planned throughout the conference. Mingle and get to know your network "on" and "off" the clock!

Submit your form for the opportunity to network and introduce your products and services to a diversity of professionals. The deadline for sponsorship and exhibitor form submission is Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

Tier 1 | Platinum Sponsorship

$7,501 - $10,000

Tier 2 | Gold Sponsorship

Specialty Sponsorships are available for conference reception, conference bags and the awards luncheon.

We anticipate an attendance in excess of 300 people from the great state of Georgia and surrounding areas. Participants will be drawn to the Exhibit Hall through several events to maximize time.

Exhibits will be open June 3-4.

June 4 | 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

$300 if nonprofit

Exhibit fee + conference registration:

$600

$500 if nonprofit

This fee reflects registration for one person. Additional attendees can be added for $200 each.

This fee includes one lunch for the day of June 4th. Please note that exhibit space is limited. Payment must be made to reserve space. If you have more than one person who will attend lunch, there is a fee of $35 per person. Please submit additional names with payment.
