Heritage Pups Adoption Application
We are expecting F1 and F1b litters in Fall 24 and spring 2025.  If you would like more information, please email us at makenna.j.green@gmail.com. If you know you want a puppy, please fill out this application and we will get back to you on the status of your application! 

Our process: 
1. Application filed and received 
2. Review application 
3. Zoom Call with potential candidates 
4. Approval of application
5. Upon approval $250 Non-refundable deposit to reserve spot.
6. Around 7 weeks of age, puppies will begin to be placed with families!
7. Eight weeks of age puppies go home!
