Due to the crisis that we are facing with COVID19, we are trying to plan ahead in a way that will allow us to have an event no matter what happens. We have a Plan A, B and C so we are ready for whatever comes our way!

Plan A will consist of the event just as it has been happening in the past years.
Plan B will be a smaller version of the event, one day of competitions on Saturday and a tea dance on Sunday.
Plan C will be an online version of the event.

We will make a decision of what plan will go ahead any time between June 1st and July 17th.

Pre registering doesn't mean you have to pay. It just shows your interest in the event so that we have some peace of mind and adapt the event accordingly :)

Everyone that pre registers will get the Early Bird discount when tickets are officially released!
Details on competition signups will come closer to the time.
