Please complete the online application which is found on the next page of this online form. Once we have received your responses, which will be emailed to us immediately after you have completed it, you will receive a Power of Attorney which must be completed by the Public Officer/ Managing Member of the business. This will be emailed to you by us, along with a copy of your responses so that you can ensure that all information therein is correct. Additionally, you will receive an invoice for the registration, which must be settled before we begin your registration begins.

Additional documents that we require are as follows:

1. Certified copies (not older than 3 months) of the following:

• Your identity document, if a South African citizen. Should you have a smart card ID, please ensure that the front and back of the card are on the same page.

• Your passport if you are not a South African citizen only.

2. Each employee to complete the following online form: https://forms.gle/yGPeff44Z3upbb3D8. Additionally, we will require their monthly gross remuneration, and the hours worked per month.

Once we have received your responses, we may require additional forms to be completed depending on the type of business applying for this registration.

The Department of Labour do not accept a drivers license or passport as proof of identity if you are a South African citizen. Ensure that you submit a certified copy of a valid temporary identity document, identity document book or smart card. Should you have a smart card, please ensure that bot the front and the back of the card are on one page or the application may be rejected.
