Leadership expectations *

All ministry team members and Leadership, are expected to be at Impact Mondays at 8 P.M., Momentum in the fall, and spring retreat in the spring unless otherwise discussed with the Director.

All ministry team members and Leadership, are expected o attend "Welcome Home Weekend" August 27th-29th This will serve to prepare, and challenge us for the school year ahead and enjoy getting back together from summer break.

I understand that I am expected to be at leadership training Mondays at 5:45 P.M. to 6:30 P.M..

All ministry team members and Leadership, are expected to attend Signing Day August 16th to plan for the semester and prepare for the Pizza Bash

Ministry Team Coordinator - To work along side the Director and the ministry team leaders of the International Ministry, On/Of campus Mission Team, Social Media and Marketing Team, and the Fun Squad. To attend the weekly coordinator meeting.

Community Coordinator – To coordinate along side the Director the community ministry which includes, Multiply Groups(Small groups with a mission) zero to one groups, and the discipleship groups in the spring. To attend weekly coordinator meetings. To meet twice a month with community team leaders.

Worship Team Coordinator – To coordinate along with the Director and the worship team activities including Impact Community Worship Night, and to lead worship at churches when they request and it fits the schedule of the BCM properly collaborate details with those on stage and behind the booth. Attend Weekly Coordinator Meetings. Lead Worship team meetings twice a month.

Ministry Team - To lead or be a part of one of the following teams. 1. International Student Ministry 2. Fun Squad 3. On and Off Campus Missions Team 4. Social Media and Marketing Team. To attend Ministry team meeting twice a month.

Community Group Leader – To lead/facilitate your Multiply group through the material given for the semester with the goal to make disciples that start their own multiply groups. Attend community team meetings.

Worship Team – To be a part of the worship team either on the stage in front of people or behind the scenes in the tech booth, or helping with setup setup

F.A.T. Squad - To coordinate, plan, and facilitate F.A.T. Tuesday services, meals, games, and worship time.

International Ministry Team Leader - To lead, plan, and facilitate activities including outreach and ministry geared toward international students and people interested in those activities. Attend Coordinator meetings.

On/Off Campus Mission Team Leader - To intentionally lead on mission at NSU and the community, be creative with outreach that helps the mission team to share about Christ, serve Christ, and serve the campus and community. Faithfully Encourage 2x2. Attend Coordinator Meetings.

Fun Squad Leader - To be creative and intentional, come up with and promote activities for fellowship, fun, and encouraging one another which leads to building relationships on campus through campus activities like intramurals and other campus life. Attend Coordinator Meetings.

Social Media/ Marketing Team Leader - To Promote the mission, vision, and activities of the BCM and to lead the team to be most effective in doing so. Attend Coordinator Meetings
