The Lincoln Highway Days committee would like to extend our "thanks" to you in advance for choosing to participate in our annual celebration. The Food Vendor Registration offers mobile food vendors the opportunity to promote their business through exposure and self-marketing. Please take the time to make it a great promotion for your business and a fun, rewarding day. We wish you much success!

Please fill out this form by July 25, 2023. Any entries after this deadline will be subject to availability.

Registration Details:
Space size is 20' x 24'
*Any vehicles, trailers, awnings, tables or tents need to be contained in this area.
$100 per space
Invoices will be emailed to the address you provide below.

Show Details:
Saturday - 11am to 7pm
Set-up Time - 7am (day of)
Location: Story County Fairgrounds
Tear down at 7pm.
Area must be kept clean. You will be responsible for emptying your own containers into the large dumpsters. If you intend to use cooking oil, you must take the used oil with you. Do not put this in the dumpster.
Generators are permitted on site. No electricity is available.

*Vendors are responsible to meet the requirements of the Nevada Fire Department and the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals Food and Consumer Safety Bureau. This includes but is not limited to proper fire extinguisher for your type of cooking, proper food handling and food storage. Any vendor not following LHD guidelines will be asked to leave the event with no refund.*

With this completed form, I will provide a copy of my liability insurance in order to reserve a spot in the food vendor market at this year's celebration. Please forward a copy to contact@lincolnhighwaydays.org. Expect inspections from the State of Iowa and the City of Nevada.

I hereby release Lincoln Highway Days and its representatives of any and all injury, loss and/or damage of merchandise arising from the Lincoln Highway Days Celebration. I also release Lincoln Highway Days and its representatives of responsibilities that may arise from the sale of my goods. I have read the above and I understand and agree to the contents thereof.
