Northville Cheer Youth Stunt Camp Registration

The stunt clinic will be hosted Thursday, July 20th from 3-5pm at NHS. The cost is $25, all proceeds will go to the NHS Cheer Program. Athletes will receive a t-shirt at the clinic.
Registration & payment must be received by July 1st to guarantee spot at the clinic.

Northville cheer reserves the right to take and use photographs at the stunt clinic for promotional purposes. If you would like a photo of your child removed from any website, flyer, etc. you are able to notify us and we will remove it.

I certify that it is with my full knowledge and consent that my child named below may take part in the NHS Cheer Stunt Clinic July 20th, 2023. I RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS on behalf of my child, myself, and our representatives, the Northville Public Schools, the Northville Cheerleading Program, their coaches, their volunteers and their players from liability for injuries or damages which my child may sustain while participating in this activity. I UNDERSTAND I AM RESPONSIBLE for medical coverage for my child.
