Part 1: CSL's Research Toolkit Crash Course (60 minutes)
This section is about giving people an overview of research through the lens of the CSL Research Toolkit. Given the toolkit is there, this isn't going to be word for word. It is an introduction focusing on the 'need to knows', participants can look to the toolkit for the rest.

    What is research
    Why do it
    How it impacts our practice
    How it impacts the profession
    Research stages
    Approaches/Methodologies - Including non-traditional methodologies/Indigenous methodology
    Ethics
    Data Analysis - the basics
    Accessing the Toolkit and using it on your own time

Part 2: Tales of Treasure Mountain (~25 minutes)
This section is about giving people an idea about papers that have been presented at Treasure Mountain Canada, a school library learning commons symposium and think tank. What was required as a writer/co-writer, how they approached your their research.

Part 3: Q and A (Remaining time)

    People will be able to ask questions of the group of presenters or to a specific person
