This form is to register licensed real estate brokers for a 4-hour elective course approved by the NC Real Estate Commission. The NC Radon Program is approved by the NCREC as an education provider and will be conducting these classes. Phillip Ray Gibson is the approved instructor for this class. He is both the NC Radon Program Coordinator and a NC licensed real estate broker in charge.
There are options to attend this course either in-person or online during the 2023 - 2024 year. These classes are free. These classes are being hosted by the State Office of and County Offices of the NC Cooperative Extension Service.
