The CAN Foundation in collaboration with National Law University Jodhpur & Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar is truly honoured to host Hon’ble Mr. Justice U U Lalit as the Chief Guest, Hon'ble Mr. Justice V. Ramasubramanian as the Presiding Guest, and Hon'ble Dr. Justice S. Muralidhar as the Guest of Honour at the 1st Justice H R Khanna Memorial National Symposium.

The Symposium shall also witness the august presence of Mr. Neeraj Kishan Kaul, Mr. Shyam Divan and Mr. P S Narasimha, as panelists at the event.

The Esteemed Panelists shall be speaking on an overarching theme of "Reflections on Late J. HR Khanna- Nurturing India's Constitutional Fabric" & "Strengthening Doorstep Justice- Augmenting Accessing to Virtual Courts."

The session will be of around 3-3.5 hours, split into two different sessions with 3 Panelists/Speakers in each session.  The pre-lunch session will be held between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM and the post-lunch session will be held between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM with each Panelist addressing the audience for around 25-27 minutes on a topic veering around the said theme.

We hope that the Symposium kindles discussion between young scholars & veterans of the legal fraternity alike. There can be no greater tribute to Justice Khanna’s legacy than discussions and deliberations on access to justice and strengthening virtual courts in the largest democracy of the world. We request all to join us on 14th of August and have an open discussion on the topics at hand.
