SafeSport Incident at Minneapolis Rowing Club
Minneapolis Rowing Club (MRC) is committed to providing a safe environment for all. If you’ve experienced bullying, harassment, hazing, emotional misconduct, physical misconduct, or sexual misconduct, including child sexual abuse, at MRC or club events, we’d like to know about it in order to address it, if possible This form will be sent to members of the SafeSport Committee for further review.

MRC recognizes it can be difficult for an athlete, teammate, friend or family member to report an allegation of misconduct and strives to remove as many barriers to reporting as possible. Anonymous reports may be made without the formality of completing the SafeSport Incident Report Form:
* By completing the Reporting Form without including their name
* By expressing concerns verbally to an MRC coach, board member, or member of MRC’s SafeSport Committee
* Through email, texts or notes left for an MRC coach, board member, or member of MRC’s SafeSport Committee

Please provide as many details as you can about the incident. This will help MRC be as effective as possible in responding to the incident reported.
