At the Blue Ridge Marathon we focus on quality over quantity. We connect with our runners on an intimate level, an opportunity unattainable at larger races. Space is limited at both events, and vendor booths are awarded on a first come first served basis.

Friday Expo Booth Pricing; (Berglund Hall) 12:00pm-8:00pm (soft opening at 11:30am). Load in on Thursday from 8am-5pm and/or Friday from 8-11am.

DOUBLE Space (20 ft Space) - $525 ($75 Savings)

Non-Profit Rate 10’ Space with Table (Must be approved by event manager) - $150

What time do you plan to load-in at the Friday Expo? Anytime on Thursday (4/15) from 8am-5pm and/or Friday (4/16) from 8-11am.

Important Friday Expo Notes:

EQUIPMENT: All vendors at the expo will be provided with one 6' table per booth and two chairs.

ELECTRICITY: The Patrick Henry has outlets spaced periodically along the wall. All vendors will be responsible for providing their own extension cords and surge protectors.

All exhibitors must provide a Certificate of Insurance and list “Roanoke Outside” as an additional insured on your policy. Roanoke Outside: 111 Franklin Plaza, Suite 333. Roanoke, VA 24011.

Booth Locations, Expo Maps, Parking, and Day of Contact information will be sent to vendors no later than April 8, 2021.

Saturday Finish Festival Booth Pricing; Elmwood Park- 8:00am-3:30pm

10X10 Sponsor Booth in Amphitheater (not at finish line chute like normal) - **Responsible for own tent & table** (tent is optional but recommended)

EQUIPMENT: No tents, tables or chairs are provided at the finish festival, please provide your own 10x10 pop-up. The entire event is outdoors at Elmwood Park.

ELECTRICITY & WATER: All vendors at the finish festival will have access to electrical outlets and water hook-ups. Please mention in the notes below if you need anything specific. All vendors will be responsible for providing their own extension cord, surge protectors and hoses (if needed).
