Welcome to the inaugural Kuala Lumpur Youth Literary Arts Festival (KLYLAF) 2022, co-organised by the Malaysian Institute for Debate & Public Speaking (MIDP) and MY Poetry School (MPS), sponsored by the University of Nottingham Malaysia and MABECS.
KLYLAF is a three-day online festival that aims to celebrate, platform and showcase the talent of young and/or emerging writers, performers and art educators in Malaysia. To highlight the spirit of openness and inclusivity, our theme is “No Invitation Necessary”. The festival will feature shows, workshops, panel talks, mentorship sessions as well as a poetry slam; all of which are free for all to attend.
