入會手續:
1) 申請人請用正楷填寫此申請表。
2) 會籍年期由每年十月一日至翌年九月三十日，中途入會者亦須繳交全年會費。
3) 入會費用每人300元, 如每年續會, 毋須再次繳交；另需繳交年費，每年為50元。
4) 請填妥此申請表，並以現金形式繳交會費及出示工作證明 (如︰能顯示職位之員工證、合約、糧單或學校發出具有申請人姓名及職位之信件)。
5) 申請人於收到香港教育同行陣線(下稱「本會」)發給之會員證後，始正式成為本會該年度之會員。
Enrollment instructions:
1) Please use BLOCK letters to fill in this form.
2) Annual subscription covers the period from 1st October to 30th September of the next year. Members who join the alliance during the course of the year still have to pay full subscriptions for the year.
3) Enrollment fee is HK$300 per person. Membership fee is HK$50 per year.
4) Please submit this form with your supporting document for workplace verification (e.g. staff card/contract/ payslip/letter from school with the name and position of the applicant, etc.). Payment for the enrollment fee and the membership fee should be made by cash.
5) Upon receiving the membership card of Hong Kong Educators Alliance ("HKEdA"/"the Alliance"), the applicant shall be entitled as a full member for the year.  

會員資格:
(1) 普通會員
凡通常在香港居住，並受僱於本港官立、津貼、補助、直接資助、私立學校之檢定教師、准用教師，或依照教育條例豁免註冊學院之教師等專業人員，以及具同等資格而任職其他機構的教育工作者，不分性別，願遵守本會章程，均可申請成為本會普通會員。入會資格以本會為準，本會保留最終決定權。
(2) 退休會員
會員因年老或健康欠佳從本會規則第3.1.1條所指的工作崗位退休，經理事會議決，可成為退休會員。退休會員無表決權，但可享受本會所提供的福利。
Membership:
(1) General member
Professionals who generally reside in Hong Kong and are employed as registered teachers or permitted teachers in Government, subsidized, grant-in-aid, direct subsidy scheme schools and private schools in Hong Kong; or teachers in those institutions which are exempted from registration under the Education Ordinance, and employees (with equivalent qualifications) who are employed as educational workers in other organizations in Hong Kong, and are willing to abide by the rules of HKEdA, may join the Alliance as members. The eligibility is subject to the rules of HKEdA. HKEdA reserves the right to make the final decision.
(2) Retired member
A member who retires from the positions stated in the constitution of the Alliance (3.1.1) on account of reaching the statutory retirement age or having health problems, may become a retired member subject to the decision of the Executive Committee. A retired member does not have the right to vote but can enjoy the welfare provided by the Alliance.
