Welcome to Coolidge: Registration Form
If you would like to enroll your incoming 6th grader in the optional "Welcome to Coolidge" program, please fill out this form to register.  The dates of the program are August 24 & 25; there are two sessions per day (students only attend one each day).  Forms are due by Friday, August 13th.  Payments of $40 are due by Wednesday, August 18 (checks made payable to the Coolidge PTO).  Thank you!
