As a preface, we would like to make it known that we do not base value on the volume of coffee that comes out of your spot.

For new accounts, we always start with our most "expensive" tier of pricing. As the relationship matures and we see good quality coffee coming out of your location, we generally reduce the pricing as sort of an incentive. This means our pricing does not lower based on volume but on how much you invest in preparing the product.
