Food Vendors:
If you are a food vendor it is your responsibility to have all appropriate licenses and permits in place.

Food vendors are required to use compostable containers and cutlery (it should look like wood or cardboard).

Cost:
The cost is $40 a market per vendor. If a vendor chooses to pay for the entire month at the beginning of the month, the fee is reduced.

Set Up:
The Market runs from 9am to 2pm every Sunday. Vendors are expected to be onsite and ready to sell by 8:45am. The Market is rain or shine, and is only cancelled in extreme weather conditions.

We ask vendors to remain on site even if they sell out before the end of the day. This will ensure there are no "dead spaces" in our layout and will also allow you to continue to make connections with customers.

Vendors are expected to bring what they will need to set up for the day, including a table. Material to level your table (scrap 2x4s, scrap plywood, etc…) may also be necessary. Having a canopy or a tent is not required, but it is strongly encouraged as they provide necessary shelter from sun and/or rain.

Guiding Principles:
The principles that have shaped the Market over the past few years have been a large reason it has enjoyed regional success. Those principles include:

- Community focus
- Minimal environmental impacts
- Products promote health and healthy living
- Products promote multiculturalism
- Products are high quality
- Products be made or sourced locally.
